New Live Album - Chill

The 2007 In Concert double CD set is the bands 7th album and finds them in inspired form. Compiled from the groups live appearances in the UK and Europe between 2004 and 2006, culminating in the e-live festival in Holland and the UK Fisher Theatre appearance, "In Concert" is the definitive record of a band in perfect harmony, performing at the peak of their combined creative and musical talents.

"In Concert" has been lovingly compiled from digital 24 track recordings of each event and features reworked classics from the best selling album "For Whom the Bell", plus exquisite live versions of music from "Uforia", "Timecode" and "Chill". There is also new live material, including the stunning epic "Area 52" and an improvised 12 minute gem "Entangled in C", performed by David Wright and Robert Fox.

New Studio Album - Chill

The latest studio album is the 2006 offering Chill, a topical musical statement of immense creativity, power and beauty that cleverly merges electronic, ambient and classic rock music like only Code Indigo can.

With no vocals this time out, Andy Lobbans superb guitar takes centre stage and the album has a definite FWTB 'concept' feel to it, mixing samples, dark atmospherics plenty of light and shade and more than a few creative surprises. Dave Massey adds majestic rhythms while Wright & Fox's musical input has never been more striking.

Live 2008 - There are no plans for any Code indigo concerts this year. However, David Wright will be performing at the Fisher theatre, Bungay on Sunday 13th September 2008 and it is hoped that all of Code Indigo will be there and performing during the evening and that Code Indigo will end the show with a couple of numbers.

Possible new band member - it is rumoured that Code Indigo will include a 5th on stage band member for future live performances. This will be a female keyboard vocalist, providing vocal textures for Uforia and TimeCode tracks performed live. Further information to follow.

Live 2009 - Code Indigo are looking into performing a UK mini tour in 2009, including the south coast, possibly Brighton, Derby in the Midlands and the Norwich Playhouse in East Anglia. This is in early stages of discussion so we hope to bring further information later this year.

Remixes - Dave Massey is preparing a series of Chill Out remixes of Code Indigo tracks for various international compilations through our Publishers Notting Hill Music. More details on these as the tracks are compiled.
